A: Yes. We support customization of specifications, packaging (e.g., logo printing), materials, etc. Custom orders require detailed drawings or samples, and the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) may be higher than standard products.
3.Q: Do your products comply with the certification standards of the target country?
A: Our products can be certified for target markets (e.g., CE for EU, FDA for USA, SASO for the Middle East). Confirm specific certifications with your account manager before placing an order.
II. Logistics & Shipping
1.Q: What shipping methods are available? How long is the delivery time?
A: Options include:
Sea freight (bulk orders; 25–40 days for Europe/US routes).
Air freight (faster; 5–10 days).
Express (urgent small orders; 3–7 days).
Exact timelines depend on the destination and method. We will provide an estimated schedule after order confirmation.
2.Q: Who covers the freight costs? Is door-to-door delivery available?
A: Costs depend on trade terms:
FOB: Buyer arranges freight.
CIF: Includes freight to the destination port.
DDP: Full door-to-door delivery.

III.After-Sales & Returns
1.Q: What if I receive defective products?
A: Report within 7 days with photos/videos and a description. Verified issues will be resolved via replacement, refund, or credit for future orders. We cover return shipping costs.
2.Q: Can I return/exchange non-defective items?
A: Yes, but you must cover shipping and restocking fees. Items must be unopened and resalable. Terms are negotiable.
IV.Payment & Invoices
1.Q: What payment methods do you accept?

T/T (30–50% deposit + balance against B/L copy).
L/C (via bank).
OA (open account, negotiable for repeat clients).

2.Q: Do you provide Proforma Invoice (PI) and Commercial Invoice (CI)?
